Markéta Seidlová is a researcher in the field of migration and intercultural studies. Her work focuses on immigration and integration policies, integration of immigrants, immigrant insertion in the labour market and spatial distribution of immigrants. Most of her work is based on comparative analysis of studied cities and/or regions/countries, like between France and United Kingdom or France and Canada. She currently works at the Geographic Migration Centre – GEOMIGRACE – within the Faculty of Science at Charles University in Prague.
