Marília Closs is a researcher at Plataforma CIPÓ, where she coordinates the Brazilian Foreign Policy on Climate programme. She holds a master’s degree and is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science from the Institute of Social and Political Studies of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IESP-UERJ). Closs holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC) in Rio de Janeiro.
