David Durward is a research associate at the Department for Information Systems at the University of Kassel and at the Institute of Information Management at the University of St. Gallen. He studied Economics (Master of Arts) at the University of Kassel in Marketing and International Management as well as Private and Public Management. He works in different research projects with the focus on Crowdsourcing, Crowd Work and new forms of digital work.
