Andrea Romano holds a PhD in Theory of the State and Compared Political Institutions at the Sapienza University of Rome, where he graduated in Law in 2009. He authored articles on constitutional and EU law, mainly concerning the fundamental rights of foreigners and migrants, and the protection of sexual orientation.
